Update: Randy Blythe Legal Situation

A few weeks ago, Randy Blythe was officially indicted for the 2010 death of a concert-goer. At that time, the court was obliged to either set a trial date or postpone it in order for the prosecutor to collect more evidence.

 Late last week, it was announced that Blythe's trial will begin on February 4th, 2013 and is expected to last approximately 4 days. Blythe previously stated that if he was indicted, he would return to the Czech Republic to stand trial and would not hide out. Blythe and his legal team still maintain his innocence in the manslaughter case.
